Refund & Return Policy 

Return Rules Summary

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We provide free return shipping on all eligible returns. We do not charge restocking fees. We do not sell final‑sale items — all products are eligible for return unless otherwise noted.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For all other exchanges, please return the item and place a new order once your refund is processed.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.


Non‑Returnable Items

We do not sell final‑sale items. All products are eligible for return unless specifically stated on the product page.
